How are my cookies shipped and when can I expect them to arrive?
We bake our cookies fresh to order and ship the same day they are baked. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing until your cookies are shipped. We use USPS Priority shipping which is 2 to 3 business days and USPS Priority Mail Express for overnight delivery. Please note that we bake Monday through Thursday, and orders placed on Friday’s will be baked on Monday.
What shipping carrier to you use and can you ship outside the USA or to APO addresses?
To insure your order gets to you fresh, we use USPS Priority Mail shipping which is 2 -3 business days and USPS Priority Mail Express (overnight) deliveries for all orders within the continental U.S. Please note, we ship only to residential and business addresses, no PO Boxes or APO addresses at this time. Please allow 1 – 2 days to process your order prior to shipping. We bake Monday through Thursday, and orders placed on Friday’s will be baked fresh on Mondays.
How do I get your cookies for retail in my store?

Local Order Pickups
Yes! We offer various pick up locations throughout the year. Upon ordering you will have an option to select ship or pick up locally. How can I pay for my order?
You may pay for your order with any of the following payment methods: MasterCard, VISA, Discovery, American Express or business checks. Checks can be made payable to The Carlsbad Cookie Company.
How are the cookies packaged?
In order to ensure freshness, cookies are packaged once they are cooled from the oven and shipped the same day. Cookies are heat-sealed individually and nestled in a soft bed of crinkle paper to protect them during shipping. All cookies arrive wrapped with our signature white ribbon and include a product description brochure. Because we treat all orders as gifts there is no pricing or receipt information included unless requested.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Upon ordering, you have an option to select if your order is a gift. If so, you will select from a list of special occasions and the colors of the gift ribbon wrap will coincide with that specific occasion (or you can opt for our signature white ribbon). You will also receive our signature greeting card featuring artwork by local artists which will be hand written with your personal message making your gift all that more special. There is a nominal fee of $3 per gift box.
What if I’m not satisfied with my cookie order?
You and those who receive your gifts must be delighted or we will make it right with either an appropriate replacement or refund. Always.
